Motion and light sensor

The Xiaomi Aqara Motion Sensor is a sensor that uses infrared radiation (IR) to detect human motion in the surrounding environment. The sensor can be used with other Aqara smart devices to create a fully automatic smart home. No tools are required to install the device, just stick the sensor directly into the detection area of your choice. The batteries used have a low power consumption, allowing a long battery life of up to two years.

Put it anywhere

No tools are required for installation, thanks to the sensor stand and sticker you can position the motion detector anywhere. The motion detector stand can be rotated 360 degrees and the detection angle can be easily adjusted.

Support for Apple HomeKit

The motion sensor works with other HomeKit-enabled devices in the Apple Home as well as other smart devices in the Mi Home to create the perfect lifestyle in a smart home.

Security

The motion detector reacts to everything that happens in the environment by activating the HUB motion alert mode, triggers an alarm and automatically sends a notification to your phone.

Advanced technology

A Japanese infrared sensor is used to detect human movement by a moving heat source and the American Fresnel polyolefin lens is used to detect human movement with high precision, thus improving the safety and accuracy of this sensor. The casing is made of anti-UV material, thanks to which the colour does not fade – which allows for long-term use. To increase safety, the manufacturer used high quality fireproof material.
