SFP-BIDI transceivers are high-performance, cost-effective modules supporting dual 1.25 Gb/s/1.0625 Gb/s data rates and 20 km transmission distances using SMF technology. The transceiver consists of three sections: an FP laser emitter, a PIN photodiode integrated with a transimpedance preamplifier (TIA), and an MCU control unit. All modules meet Class I laser safety requirements. The transceivers are compliant with the SFP Multi-Source Agreement (MSA) and SFF-8472, see the SFP MSA section for more information.
