Managed switch L2
TL-SG3210 this is a manageable two layer switch equipped with 8 10/100/1000Mb/s ports. The TP-Link switch is a guarantee of high quality of work, support for advanced features such as QoS, threat protection strategies and network management features in layer 2, network traffic management, threat protection and much more. In addition, the switch is equipped with 2 Gigabit SFP slots for more universal use on the network. The switch is managed using an intuitive interface available through a web browser, CLI console or using SNMP and RMON protocols. TL-SG3210 is the ideal solution for workgroups and branches that require a cost-effective solution for gigabit transmission.
A secure network
JetStream 3 series switches have functions such as IP-MAC-Port-VID bindings, port protection, Storm Control, DHCP Snooping and IP Source Guard, which effectively protect our network against ARP attacks, broadcast storm etc. This allows us to define typical DoS attacks that our switch should detect. This solution gives us a safer network than ever. Moreover, the switch uses 802.1X encryption in combination with RADIUS server functions to authenticate users who want to access the network. The hardware gives you the ability to connect to specific network resources of users who do not serve the 802.1X protocol as guests VLAN.
Quality of Service function
The TL-SG3210 switch uses advanced QoS service options to deliver better sound, data and video over the network. The administrator has the ability to prioritize network traffic, e.g. for individual IP addresses, MAC addresses, TCP or UDP ports etc. This ensures that audio and video transmission is smooth, clear and free of transmission delays.
L2 layer functions
The manageable TL-SG3210 switch supports a variety of Layer 2 switch functions such as VLAN tagging (802.1Q), Port Mirroring, STP/RSTP/MSTP and LACP support, and data flow functions (802.3x). In addition, the switch supports advanced network security features such as feedback loop detection, cable diagnostics or IGMP Snooping. The IGMP Snopping technique allows switching of multicast frames only for selected users, while IGMP throttling & filtering restricts access to resources to unwanted users at port level.
Advanced management
TL-SG3210 is a switch that is easy to use and manage. The hardware can be managed in various ways, e.g. through an intuitive (GUI) graphical user interface in a web browser or (CLI) command line interface. The transfer of packages can be protected by SSL or SSH encryption. With more than enough support for the SNMP (1/2/3) and RMON protocols, the switch is able to transmit relevant status information and capture unforeseen events.
